As a Backend Software Engineer, you’ll ship resident-facing features end-to-end, integrate third-party APIs/PMS systems, and level-up our AI agents and data pipelines. You’ll work directly with the founders in-person (4/5 days), moving from code → deploy → real impact in days. We value simple designs, ownership, and speed.
