Please note: Domos provides property management companies and property owners (each, a “Property Manager”) with artificial intelligence leasing and resident assistant services (“Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal information Property Managers may collect about residents or applicants while using the Services. When we receive or process personal information on behalf of a Property Manager, the privacy practices that apply to the processing of that information is governed by the Property Manager’s privacy policy.

    We do not sell or share mobile numbers, consent status, or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you requested and may be shared with service providers solely to provide that service.

  • Unsubscribe From Marketing Communications. You may opt out of marketing-related communications by following the opt out or unsubscribe instructions contained in the marketing communication we send you or by contacting us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. 

How We Protect Personal Information

We maintain commercially reasonable procedures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. If we are required to inform you about a security incident, we will do so electronically, in writing, or by phone, as the law permits.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may change our Privacy Policy and privacy practices.  New privacy policies will be published on our website.  If changes are material, the privacy policy that was in place when you submitted personal information to us will generally govern that information unless you consent to the new Privacy Policy.
